If you have purchased one of our items that requires a photo please send this over to us in a message within Etsy after you have made the purchase and we will add this with your order for you. Alternatively you can email us at support@theartxo.com

When sending over your photo please ensure that it is a high resolution of 300dpi, if we receive a photo that we think may not be the best quality for print or if it would not be suitable for the item we will get in contact and advise you of this. Please take into consideration any text overlay that may obscure sections of your chosen photo.

Yes! We offer free artwork proofs on all orders.

We'll start working on your order right away and send you the artwork proof for your approval within 3 days.

Excellent question! When creating a beautiful portrait we find asking yourself this checklist helps a lot:

- The photo was taken in a well-lit area
- The photo isn't pixelated
- You can clearly see the subject in the photo (pet, house, etc.)
- Nothing is obstructing the view of the subject

Our team will do our best to work with low-quality photos but anything after approval and shipment will require additional fees.

You will receive your artwork proof to approve or request changes within 3 days after placing your order. Here's what to expect if you request any changes:

Yes! Every artwork we create is digitally hand crafted, starting from the photos you share with us. Our process ensures that each custom art piece closely resembles a hand-painted portrait.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer gift wrapping for our portraits to avoid damage in shipment. However you can add a gift note with your order.
