Refund & Return Policy

1. Our Money-Back Guarantee

At The Artxo, we are committed to ensuring that you love your custom artwork. That’s why we offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee for your peace of mind.

If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork proof, we provide limited  minor revisions until you are 100% happy. You will not be charged until you approve the final proof.

Refund Exceptions

We are unable to provide a refund if:

  • You approved your artwork proof and later changed your mind after the portrait was delivered.
  • You mistakenly believed the artwork would be hand-painted. All of our artworks are digitally created based on the photos you provide.

Note: We offer unlimited revisions within the style you selected (e.g., Watercolor). If you request your portrait in an additional style (e.g., switching from Watercolor to Oil), an additional fee will apply.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Artwork

We take great care in ensuring your artwork arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive the wrong artwork or a damaged item, please:

  1. Inspect your order upon delivery.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@theartxo.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item (including the packing slip).

We will arrange for an express replacement at no additional cost to you.


3. Artwork Proofs & Order Approval

All The Artxo artworks are custom-made to order.

Proofing Process

  • You will receive your artwork proof within 3 days after placing your order.
  • If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, a follow-up email will be sent.

If you have already paid for your order and we do not receive a response within 72 hours of the follow-up email, your artwork will be automatically sent for printing and shipping as-is.

4. Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each artwork is uniquely created for you, making it ineligible for resale.

However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please reach out to us at info@theartxo.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Important:

  • We create your artwork using the image you upload with your order.
  • If your uploaded image is unsuitable, we will contact you for an alternative.
  • If the image does not meet our image guidelines or is low quality, we cannot guarantee a favorable result.

5. Exchanges Policy

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’re unsure which size would best fit your space, check out our Size Guide here.

However, in the rare case that you receive a mislabeled item, please:

  • Contact us at info@theartxo.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item.

We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you are expecting a refund but haven’t received it yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
