What should I do if I forgot to upload my photo after purchasing?

If you’ve completed your purchase without uploading your photo, don’t worry! Simply send it to us at support@theartxo.com

When submitting your photo, please ensure it is high-resolution. If your photo isn’t quite perfect, don’t stress — you can opt for our editing services, and we’ll enhance the image to ensure it’s print-ready. If we receive a photo that still isn’t suitable or might result in lower print quality, we’ll get in touch to guide you through the next steps.

Tip: Keep in mind that text overlays may cover parts of your photo, so choose an image where key details won’t be obscured. Our goal is to make sure your final piece looks amazing!

Great question! To ensure we create a stunning portrait, use this simple checklist when choosing your photo:

  • 📸 Good Lighting: The photo was taken in a well-lit area.
  • 🖼️ Clear Quality: The image isn’t pixelated or blurry.
  • 👀 Visible Subject: The subject (pet, house, person, etc.) is clearly visible.
  • 🚫 No Obstructions: Nothing is blocking the view of the subject.

While our team will always do their best to work with lower-quality photos, please note that any edits or changes requested after approval and shipment may incur additional fees. We want your final piece to be perfect, so selecting the right photo from the start makes all the difference!
